
- General Office volunteers will answer phones and provide program information to prospective clients, create files, make copies of program documentation, and may be responsible for printing projects and mass mailings.
- Volunteers doing Community Outreach will meet with local agencies, senior centers, congregations and other resource providers to provide information on how the program works and identify key target populations of housing providers and housing seekers, bringing that information back to the program and helping to target communications appropriately.
