Through Zoom\, we will connect our statewide community. For reference\, here is last year’s web page and Zoom recording. \nThis year’s Earth Summit is an invitation to: \n\n\n\nRe-Connect with people like you across Oregon who seek a safe\, healthy\, abundant and beautiful world for all.\nRe-Imagine your community\, resilient and thriving with nature.\nRe-New your commitment to action\, and find your place in the movement.\n\n\n\nREGISTER\nTo register\, please use the form below. Each Summit participant will be invited to create one square in the quilt to express their response to the question: “I / We have the right to … clean water\, clean air\, healthy food\, etc.” We will digitize each square\, bringing all of the squares together into a work of art that reflects the beautiful diversity of our community. Our goal is to take the quilt on tour to inspire support for the people’s right to a safe and healthy environment. Ultimately\, we will ask for the quilt to be displayed in the Oregon Capitol. \nREGISTRATION FORM

SUMMARY:2026 Collins Lecture with John Fugelsang
DESCRIPTION:John Fugelsang is an actor\, comedian and host of “Tell Me Everything” on SiriusXM Progress. He is also the author of New York Times bestseller\, “Separation of Church and Hate: A Sane Person’s Guide to Taking Back the Bible from Fundamentalists\, Fascists and Flock-Fleecing Frauds.” \nFugelsang uses humor and biblical scholarship to challenge far-right Christian ideologies\, such as Christian nationalism\, and argues for a return to the core teachings of Jesus–love\, mercy and service. He provides a toolbox for responding to Christian nationalism on the biggest issues that divide us today: immigration\, LGBTQIA2S+ rights\, poverty\, gun safety\, feminism\, the death penalty\, and more. \nIf you want to learn directly from John Fugelsang about his approach to using the scripture and Jesus’ teachings to challenge Christian nationalism and authoritarianism\, join us at the 2026 Collins Lecture for “A Conversation on the Separation of Church and Hate.” \nSaturday\, June 6 | 7 p.m.\nTrinity Episcopal Cathedral\, 147 NW 19th Ave.\, Portland\, Ore. (virtual option available)\nTickets $30 (scholarships available)
