Trauma Bonding – VIRTUAL Workshop

Are you struggling with unhealthy relationships that have rapid intensity, patterns of inconsistency, hot and cold interactions, and destructive cycles? Are you a survivor of trauma and notice your relationships seem to continue to be traumatic?

Come explore the role of trauma bonding in your relationships in an interactive and psychoeducational session from a knowledgeable trauma therapist to learn about signs of trauma bonds, origins to these unhealthy interactions, and ways to step away from these trauma cycles.

Pre-registration required (register now). Workshop fee must be paid at time of registration. Workshop fee is non-refundable: fee will remain a workshop credit for six months.

About Michelle Sideroff, LPC: Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Master’s degree from the University of New Mexico and is a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors. She has been in practice for six years and has worked with clients on a range of different needs such as substance use, complex trauma, relationship challenges, shame, and emotional regulation. Michelle has spent the last three years with a  focus on sexual trauma and how it impacts individuals, families, relationships, and communities.
