Second Home Washington County Home Provider Coordinator: Assist the program director in all activities of the Second Home program. The Washington County Home Provider Coordinator will work with home providers in/near Washington County School Districts to explain the process of home sharing and provide a resource for best practices during the process, perform Second Home program outreach and fundraising, and network with staff from the school district, other agencies, congregations and civic organizations to recruit home providers, raise funds and spread awareness of the project. Second Home Regional Coordinator for Rural Clackamas County: Oversee and coordinate the operations of the Second Home program in rural Clackamas County. Recruit and support students and volunteer home providers in/near specified school districts. Perform Second Home outreach and fundraising. Network with staff from the school districts, other agencies, congregations, civic organizations, and businesses to meet the needs of and support students referred to the program, raise funds, and spread awareness regarding youth homelessness, and promote and contribute to the development and growth of the overall program.
