Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon is implementing a 32-hour workweek pilot during the first four months of 2024. During this time, full-time employees will be working modified 32-hour weekly schedules instead of 40 hours per week, without a loss in pay. Half-time employees will also have hours adjusted without loss of pay.
