Trauma manifests in many ways including: fatigue, fear, mood changes anxiety, and trouble with focus. Come for a support session from a knowledgeable trauma therapist to learn about how trauma impacts the brain and body, and explore tools to help you not only to cope, but to thrive.
This workshop will be virtual over Zoom. An email with the link for access will be sent the day of the workshop.
Cost: $30 per household. Hardship scholarships are available. Pre-registration is required. Registration deadline is May 11. Workshop fee must be paid at time of registration.
