Has your child been diagnosed with a mental health disorder, such as generalized anxiety, major depression, OCD, or ADHD? Is your teenager acting out and you are at your wit’s end? Are you struggling to cope, and unsure how to best support your child at home without losing your stability?
Come for a support session from a knowledgeable child therapist, meet other parents in similar situations, and learn what works (and what relatively easy fixes will prevent things from getting worse). There is hope!
This workshop will be virtual over Zoom. An email with the link for access will be sent the day of the workshop.
Pre-registration is required. Workshop fee must be paid at time of registration.
